HSEQ Manager have introduced workflow to the approval process of the health, safety and quality modules. This will allow the user to create a new report which will be sent to a reviewer, approver and finally a selected manager for final approval.
Administartor may select workflow under settings tab for each module. Image below shows Incident/Accident module in admin view.
- Select All projects and add a "Reviewer" or select each project/division individually and select the reviewer for each.
- Repeat this process for "Approver" and "Manager" if required.
- If left blank no workflow will be implemented.
Multiple reviewers may be selected for each workflow stage.
