HSEQ Manager has recently made some updates to the system to improve your experience and ease of use. We are determined to provide a simple yet intelligent system.
Requests module - now features workflow so that each request can be approved by someone in your organisation before the request is filled.
Online training - this module allows you to create training or inductions. You can add video, text, documents, questions, audio, images as content to create a rich learning environment. When used as an induction tool, You may also ask new users to upload essential documents such as their licences, identification, qualifications and other tickets. Just create and publish the training module to new or existing users.
Documents - this module is a place where you can store all company documents. It functions as an information management system (IMS) with specific access levels that can be set. Documents are available from your device.
Coming soon - we are planning to release new modules that include a risk management tool and a job safety assessment tool which can be used to record all potential risks and hazards on your projects. This will allow you to apply a risk matrix when determining likelihood and consequences of each risk before applying mitigation measures.
