Create Action field: All report are now supported by Action Management module register. You can set your templates to include the Create Action Field and all actions with this field will be captured in the Action Management register. The actions can also be closed out from the app itself by the recipient of the report.
How to Include an Action Filed: In the module select - Settings and tick the Action Field box. This will place an action selector below the field on your template and the content of that specific field will be the action. Note Inspections module have Actions included as default.
Below is an example of an action field - "What further action is required" text box can be nominated as an Action.
