You now have the ability to add additional fields to your template which allows you to upload files to that new report.
- Great for capturing new data that is in PDF format
- Additional information from other sources related to the report now stored in the same place.
In the form select FILE in the field type dropdown box - Administrative rights required to edit and create new forms.
When the user creates a new report, they will have the ability to upload a file to be attached to the report.
Please note that deleting old fields in existing forms is not a good idea as the information on older (previous) reports created will now exclude the field that has been deleted.
When a field is renamed this new title will appear in all older reports. Rather create a new template and inform your users to use the new form.
