Action management is designed to help you close out open or risky items that were captured during your health, safety, environment or quality inspections. Here are the key element on the front page.
Each project or division created should have a supervisor appointed. When you create a project/division, add the supervisor in for the specific project. This can be done under Settings > Project/Divisions. This information is required for the Action Management module, where the actions will be allocated to that person.
