Action management is designed to help you close out open or risky items. Here are the key element on the front page.
Each project or division created should have a supervisor appointed. When you create a project/division, add the supervisor in for the specific project. This can be done under Settings > Project/Divisions. This information is required for the Action Management module, where the actions will be allocated to that person.
